Front desk attendant, Crystal was very sweet! My friend and I had to ditch our first booking at a different hotel that was disgusted. We had to find a hotel to stay at a late notice. Conveniently located on the bike path so it's an easy walk or ride into Saugatuk, avoiding all the parking issues along the waterfront. Rooms look out into a protected courtyard. Breakfast is provided.
