I was in a cooking class and Mindy Trafman was our Chef. Mindy was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and a joy to learn from. I will be back to Lu Lu Cadieux! We had so much fun and I am excited to make homemade spaghetti noodles, marinara sauce, and Alfredo sauce! Thank you for the wonderful experience.
