“It's nice to have this level of service from a clothing store. Seams like it's been years for me. I love cloths and have been to many clothing store recently. The level of service has been slowly declining in most clothing stores. Not here. Favorite place to purchase clothing with great service, selection, and yes pricing.”

“This is an adorable store. Clothes, Challa purses, Saugatuck souvenirs, funny metal signs, and jewelry can be found for yourself or as a gift for someone here. Not overly priced and the staff are very friendly. I'm not sure what the employees' name was on Thursday, 9/24/2020, when my husband and I were there, but she was really sweet and funny. And, was all too happy to point out the nice variety of Challa purses. I would happily recommend and shop here again. Thank you for making our trip to Saugatuck pleasant Grins of Saugatuck.”

I bought two dresses this past Sunday and the girls working were pretty cool about taking the dresses off of the mannequins for me, which i know can be kind of annoying. “Completely impressed with the customer service and follow up that Landsharks in Saugatuck provided. They had a baseball cap that I wanted, but unfortunately not in my size. After speaking to an employee they said they were not certain if it was even available anymore. I was asked to leave my name and contact information so they could contact me if one was available. I left thinking I will never hear back from them in any capacity, if the hat was available or not. So, to my surprise a few weeks later I received a call from a Landsharks employee asking me where I wanted to hat shipped to if I still wanted it. I was completely taken aback by the follow up and follow through. I received the hat a coupe of days later along with a very nice card thanking me for my patience! All I can say is wow! Very few companies today take the time to assist a customer in this manner, especially for a relatively inexpensive baseball hat.
