“Our family used south Holland rentals to store my mother inlaw's items when she went into assisted living.I highly recommend this company they are very clean and secure facility. Plus we had no issues with water, rodents or other infestations. Prices were in the same ballpark as other storage facilities.”

“Great value, great space for the money, and everything is clean and well kept. They do not offer heated or environmentally controlled units, but it is a very good storage facility in a safe neighborhood and near the highway.”

“Just like any other self-storage service with one major difference — the people running it are incredibly helpful, available and honest. The owner goes out of his way to make sure you’re comfortable and is often times seen helping his clients move in and out of the units. Highly recommended!”

“Facility is clean. Units are 3 blocks away and makes it convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a couple issues. Entry code & 1 unit had things in it. They resolved issues right away. I was able to start moving in within an hour of purchasing. Have had 2 units since last year. 8/7/23 UPDATE: Property has been maintained well. Have had no new issues. Pricing on high end, but I would recommend.”
