“I had a wonderful experience with Lakeshore Autos. Few weeks ago, I stopped and walked around. At first I was kind of hoping someone would come out, but again the temperatures were freezing cold and it gave me time to look around.I then left came back in about 2 weeks, stepped in the office and said I was interested in the 2014 Subaru Tribeca. He gave me the key so I could sit in it and look it over. We sat down and talked about the vehicle, but I still wanted my son-in-law to inspect the vehicle for me and go on a test drive for me.Just note I do realize that during the process, if another person came that was interested, I wouldn't blame Jason to proceed with the sale before me.Because of my constant communication with Jason and Jennifer, I think they realized they had a sale. I then walked in, went over the total price including fees, insurance and extended warranty to get the final price.Per our conversation, I got the money ready the next morning, went to them and picked my vehicle. After riding around for a few hours I noticed some minor things I didn't before in the previous test drive. Maybe because I drove the vehicle for a longer duration. Anyhow, I drove back to Lakeshore to address my issues. Turns out the issues were due to that feature not being available or me not knowing which buttons or levers to use.All in all my experience with Jason and Jennifer were top notch.If you're looking for a no hassle, non-invasive way to shop for a car, Lakeshore Autos is for you.”

“I read some of the reviews for lakeside auto. Of the ones I read some were negative, you'll always get someone that thinks the world owes them a debt of gratitude. A few complained on prices it you know if you don't like it there's other places to buy and rebuild your credit. If you negative left people would stop and think, you ruined your own credit, lakeside helps you and yes can expect to pay a little more. Rob does not take advantage of you for bad credit. I bought 1 or 2 cars from him and never had a problem. Was treated very good. He likes helping people. We do have a choice in this country.”

“I got a 2012 Hyundai ELANTRA GLS. It’s a great car. I have nothing bad to say about the place, but be aware, you are not purchasing the vehicle. You are leasing it, if you want to own the vehicle, there will be a few thousand dollars extra to choose that option, at the end of the lease agreement. Otherwise, my specific experience with the place, has been good so far. Just make sure you make your payments on time, because apparently they do not put up with late payments. The cars come with a warranty, but again, really look over that lease agreement. I did not realize that I was leasing and not purchasing a vehicle, so the price that I saw on the paperwork, is not what the end price will be if I choose to purchase this vehicle. ??♀️”
