“A freak incident on the Ohio turnpike brought us to C and C collision in the Soo. The “artists” at C and C performed their magic in a short amount of time and we were back on the road before the Fourth of July. Manager Dana Howland handled everything perfectly - she’s a real gem! All of their work exceeded our expectations. Dana coordinated things with our insurance company and kept us posted as to the progress of our repair making this a pain free adventure.

“I live in Oxford, down state. Originally from the UP, and was making a trip up to the Soo to see my kids and granddaughters. As soon as I got there, my car started wailing, and so I headed to the nearest auto zone, where a very polite, professional, kind, and friendly person named Damon helped me. When my car didn't throw any new codes on the scanner, he took a quick look, diagnosed the problem, and immediately after he went inside to double check, said that he had the tensioner assembly inside, and could order me the correct belt and have it in the morning. He also let me leave my car there overnight, and referred me to a local shop with a VERY highly recommended mechanic with super reasonable prices!! I got lucky and have a son in law who could handle the repair for me, but I wanted to leave a stellar review for both this young man in particular, and the small town conveniences and competitive prices offered by the store itself. Thanks so much for saving my weekend!!”
“Purchased a Snow x Lt plow 3 years ago. It has been an amazing plow on my Toyota Tacoma. Had a minor issue with a bolt last year and Line-x took care of me within minutes. During all the current snow storms I had some wiring issues with the plow. They made an appointment with me quickly, went in for service and had the plow up and running in no time. I was ready to pay for the repair but the part was actually surprisingly covered by warranty. I would recommend anyone looking for a plow to go look at this company. Thank you for the great service.”

“Staff is always amazing! Came in once to get my codes read and my spark plug was bad, they helped me fix it and told me about my error codes and how to fix them myself! I also came in again more recently to get my tire dropped, my cable was seized and they dropped the tire and put my spare on without charge. They are always nice and there is always stellar service!”

(The store is also a heckofalot cleaner and better presented than any of the stores I’ve been in back in Minnesota, so it was nearly pleasant to wait for the repair.)”
