Car Glass Repair near Sault Ste. Marie, MI

“In the past fourteen years I have had four windshields installed in my @004 Chevy Express Roadtrek. Safelite in Dallas did number two and nearly wrecked the fibergalss around the windshield. Windshield number three was done by a truck body shop in Grafton, North Dakota and I had perfection! Three years later, Michigan storms struck on the day before we left on an extended trip and in our hurry to leave missed the badly cracked windshield. Long story short (too late) Sault Ste Marie Safelite were there when we needed them. The online registration was pretty painelss and the next morning I had an apoint ment for the following day. The guys squeezed me in early, did an OUTSTANDING in the quickest time possible and I'm back to recommending Safelite (Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan)!”

“We were traveling in the area from Wisconsin when unfortunately a rock hit the side window and shattered the glass on our vehicle. We were not able to remain in the area long enough for a replacement window to be delivered to the shop. Justin was able to provide us with a temporary fix, allowing us to complete our journey home. He did this for us even though his schedule was already filled for the day. While we waited in the waiting room, Whitney shared with us her knowledge of local provincial parks and the beautiful Lake Superior coastline (complete with pictures from her phone). What began as an unfortunate and upsetting accident, ended as a positive and memorable experience. We left the shop feeling blessed to have met such kind and caring people. Thank you again Justin and Whitney!”
