Staff have impressed customers with their kindness and good humor, even close to closing time, making visits memorable. Michaels in Sault Ste. Marie is a great store that usually has stock, and items not in store can be ordered online. Customers appreciate the regular 30% discount on one regular priced item and the seniors discount, which often makes purchases a little cheaper than other stores.

I was at Michael’s on April 3 at around 11:15 AM and the lady named Pattie went above and beyond for me when looking at the shadowbox I was purchasing for my deceased dog. She was very compassionate and professional and I would like for her to know that I still appreciate everything she did for me, thank you
