“My daughter's car overheated in the mall parking lot (during her first driving lesson!) and Ray just happened to be taking his break in a shady spot near us. He came over to help us and I couldn't be more grateful!!! I didn't know what to do and he offered to help.
I could write a book about how amazingly supportive and awesome he was, but in a nutshell:
-- he went out of his way during his break to help us
-- he was incredibly helpful and calm when I was panicking
-- he told us we could have the car looked at at the shop -- and called and asked them to do it right away -- and they did it -- and fixed it -- the SAME DAY!!!
I have Triple A, so we had the car towed there to be extra cautious and the tow truck driver asked why I was having the car towed to a tire shop when the engine was overheating. Kzoo Tire does so much more than tires!!
Ray was an angel (and I tried to offer him some cash because I was so grateful and he declined -- he's one of the nicest strangers I've ever met) -- and I couldn't believe that they fit us in the same day. It ended up only being a fuse (easy fix), but the kindness and support was extraordinary.
Kzoo Tire has new loyal fans!! Thank you, thank you, Ray!! And thank you to the whole team for making some magic (and relieving A LOT of stress that day :)”

By the phone I explained that is alternator and they just said bring it down. The mechanic was start working on it and when new arrived he installed right away. Thank you for your help and service

“Really smooth and quick service, the techs here were all very helpful. They took us in soon after we called and even provided for us a faster and cheaper solution to our flat tire situation which we were intentionally very worried about, since we had a long distance business trip ahead of us. As we were getting ready to leave, the technician stopped us and offered to quickly put our spare tire back under the chassis of our work van, which saved us time and extra labor for the remainder of the trip which we were really grateful for. Thanks to all the technicians at this establishment for going above and beyond”
“This is one of the best auto shops I've been too. First off the customer service is top notch, friendly and knowledgeable. Got a alignment on a Friday, and before either even made it home got a lady hit my truck. I called Tuffy and asked if they would check the alignment due to the crash. They said heck yeah bring it up and we'll check it out. Took it 930 am this morning and they pulled it in and checked it. Fantastic service and great customer service! Thanks so much Tuffy!!”

“The gentlemen here were easy to talk with. They were thorough when repairing my AC condenser, for which the whole dash needed to be removed.
Upon completion, I could not tell that anything was ever removed. Everything was in place and as it shulould be. That is a BIG job. The AC is back to life!

“I was worried about my tire and it was leaking air. I had to park it for a whole day and bring it to Firestone to get it looked at to determine the reason for the leak. I got my tires from Firestone and Brian the tech fixed it and Jeremy was able to give me all the information on my tires so I can be aware of my warranty and Brain reset the sensors to make the lights go off. Excellent service and beautiful customer service by both of them”

“I took my car in for a nail puncture patch in my front and rear end tires I couldn’t pay them at the time but Josh kindly helped me get air in them for the time being. Came back a week later to get the patch done and had to explain how moving my car was difficult since my gear shift popped out near my driver side and how i’ve had to physically change the gear from the engine. Josh and Mateus couldn’t believe how I was driving my car around! I had the part ordered but couldn’t get it fixed for the longest since I needed to work without leaving my car somewhere overnight. These amazing honest workers fixed my tires and my gear shift in time for me to go to work my overnight shift that day. I recommend this business to anyone who is looking for honest hard workers for their troubles. 5 star quality!! Thank you guys so much.”

“The team at Belle Tire in Portage, Mich was very helpful, both in finding a good tire for our son's 2001 Buick Century, to the alignment and answering questions. As with many shops in that chain, they were swamped and yet took the time to answer questions and treat us respectfully.”
“It wasn't the fastest service that I've seen but they seem to have done a decent job, also it wasn't the cheapest either. All around I can honestly say they're a decent place The people there know what they're doing and they will probably be able to fix your car just keep your credit card ready You're going to need it. Probably true for any mechanics place. They seem to be honest but I have not been there a whole lot.”

“February 18th 2021 i called for a tow off w ave. I was told they no longer offer towing. They reccomended vicksburg towing. I called vicksburg towing. At Vicksburg towing he told me he was one guy and wouldn't be to me for three 3 hours. Thankfully a good Samaritan showed up and pulled me out with a tow strap and refused my cash.”
