My wedding dress was bought at a second hand store for designer dresses but when I brought it to Vera, there was so much wrong with my dress that only an expert eye can catch! With about a month left till my wedding day, and Vera already being extremely busy because she is so well known for her amazing work, she did not hesitate and told me “We are going to make sure you look beautiful and get what you want!” Vera literally had to completely tear my dress apart and made the impossible, POSSIBLE. She basically made a brand new dress, customized to what I wanted. My dress was ready at 12am the night before my wedding but she got it DONE! Not only was the dress everything I wanted, her customer service was so kind, loving and patient. She made me feel welcome and reassured. In such short time, she made me feel like family.
