I have been a customer with independent bank for over 10 years. This location has the worst customer service. Not to mention, the new transition to One Wallet has been a complete disaster. Currently in the process of switching banks after my last encounter with Melanie.

The bank closed their lobby and won’t let you take out more than $2,000 in your account. I will be switching my checking and savings to a new bank. Horrible way to do business
