We had tried to resolve the issues via the call center but we had not made much progress so we decided to reach out to a branch and meet with someone in person. We couldn't have gotten luckier to get an appointment with Jon. He listened patiently to the details of what happened and them immediately took action to ensure accounts were secure. He also reached out to the appropriate departments to ensure the investigation was moving forward. He also advised us on additional steps we could take at home to address security issues beyond the bank's scope. We left feeling like a huge weight was lifted!
