“I had reached out to 3 different companies about their epoxy product in the area. Customer service was awful until I spoke to Rob at the Sherwin-Williams Shelby location. He was patient, informative, and made my purchase a breeze. I was trying to order epoxy and was not sure what type of products I would need and in a 10 minute phone call I was ready to make a purchase. Thank you Rob!”

“Thank you Dave and Jim for your phenomenal service . I will always highly recommend this place of business because of how well you treated us and the other customers it was a busy Saturday and just about closing time . I haven’t had this type of service and appreciation in years . I wish more businesses cared and educate the way you did ! Thank you again , Dave and Teresa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
