They canceled my passport appt for children a half hour before the appt. Didn’t even bother to call. I just received an email that they had to cancel it. Luckily I happened to check my email and saw the message

I would give them less than one star if I could. Everyone in this facility should be fired and they should start over. I don't know why anyone would subject themselves to going to this post office. The staff at the hall road location should be in charge of training the replacement employees.
