Worst post office ever! Clerks are rude and the young girl that works there is condescending. Asked if they had a piece of tape I could put over a label to protect it better and was told I could buy a roll of tape for 3.99! Seriously!? I told her to forget it and I brought the box back home and used the tape I had to better protect the label.

It’s time for Cheryl the clerk to retire. She’s nasty to every single person she takes care of when I go in there. She makes up reasons to make things difficult and if you call her out on her being misinformed or just plain wrong, she will single you out every time. I’ve never had a single issue with any other clerk at this location (they can be harsh too, but they tend to be right with their objections) or any of the 3 other locations I visit. I’ve even had clerks from the other offices tell me how misinformed she is and that she “might be having a bad day”. I think it’s more like “its time to retire, Cheryl”

4 calls in 3 hours trying to fix a package issue. Was told by corporate to call location. Does no one answer the phone? I got mail going to an address I dont live at? But get a receipt for it? I got no car and I live nearly 20 minutes away.
I already changed my address months ago. Why isnt my mail going where it should? Also what's the point of forward mail if it dont happen?
This why I perfer email only on everything.

Terrible. I’ve tried calling several times about my package I desperately need and they are not able to help.

I tried calling the customer service number 4 times before being able to speak to a human. Finally the kind lady gave me the number for this location and I’ve called them 10 TIMES!!!!!
I desperately need my package!!! I’ve tried changing the number I select to choose a different department and no one has picked up!!!!!

After being turned away at another USPS location for being just a few minutes late, I walked into the Shelby USPS hoping to get my passport taken care of. Sudie was absolutely amazing! She was super kind, friendly, and took my passport appointment walk-in right away without hesitation. Her extraordinary customer service and willingness to help truly made my day. I can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond—this is the kind of service that makes a real difference. Highly recommend this location!

I put the wrong address on an important package and it was lost in an apartment complex next to the office I expected the delivery at. Velda Young found my package which was business cards and called my cell on the card to let me know she had them. She waited for me to come and meet her and gave me the package I had lost. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my package and saved me time, money and hassle of reordering. She has restored my faith in humanity and there are still great people out there who hold their profession on a higher standard than just another paycheck. Thank you Velda!!!
