Your definitely paying for the view if you have a room w a balcony. Rooms were clean although they need some touch up. Shoddy paint in the bathroom, a few broken floor tiles, cauk that was applied a long time ago. Pillows resemble pancakes. Customer service is 100%. We checked in without a reservation and no where to park our Sprinter van! Dawn was so very helpful, gave us the accommodations we needed for a wonderful room and parking! She also gave us recommendations where to eat! Old Harbor Inn is so very blessed to have such a great person at there front desk.
