“Your definitely paying for the view if you have a room w a balcony. Rooms were clean although they need some touch up. Shoddy paint in the bathroom, a few broken floor tiles, cauk that was applied a long time ago. Pillows resemble pancakes. Customer service is 100%. Easy check in and great location to access shopping and restaurants”
“I've traveled all over the world, and this was easily among the top 3 best hotel/b&b experiences of my life. My wife and I were very impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the manor and our room. The manor itself was gorgeous - distinctly American and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and made with care. The location was perfect - we were across the street from a beach access point, and super close to other beach spots. It was a 2 minute drive to the downtown area of South Haven. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in South Haven. We will be coming again.”
“Good location, near the highway and not far from downtown. Nice accommodations and pleasant staff. Pool lacks but great to have available option, seemed most suitable for the kiddos.”
“The staff were courteous and friendly and helped direct me to the VA when I needed help was able to get a room same day and they did allow pets with a pet fee (not deposit) overall pretty nice hotel. The breakfast offerings were really good, pool facilities are on site, but I didnt use that. The only gripe is probably the elevator which makes terrifying noises as it operates.

My room had been remodeled the carpet had been remodeled and felt cozy, the walls were painted nicely the bed was large and comfortable the pillows were fluffy. The owners were hospitable”
