The prior garages I've gone to,(for this EXACT SAME ISSUE) wouldn't tell me WHY they're probably not able to find the culprit of why my Brakes are squeaky and makes a grinding noise, that stops and doesn't return until it's been sitting a while again.
I get it that the other places WANT to make money, and they do so by people coming back constantly, but COME ON!! Tell your clients what's possibly going on, (ESPECIALLY WHEN I have come in 2 separate times for this problem, from fear of it disabling my vehicle) and WHY you CANT find the problem.
This place MIGHT cost a little more, but it REALLY WONT BE MUCH more, and it's TOTALLY WORTH IT, when you KNOW they are being honest with you, and wanting to keep you safe.”

“I went for a battery as I remember there being a Facebook post telling they had them for sale. I saved big and it's a good battery. They have an area in the water where batterys are stored and checked. Mine was a GM side terminal which they only had the one Exide battery. I paid a $100 at Walmart and returned it without using it. The excide was $30 and substantial in weight , much more then the never start brand Walmart sells. It was for my old firewood truck so I was happy to save the money. Eds salvage #1 in the area .”
“I was visiting Houghton back in Feb 2025 and the power steering went out on my truck. the staff helped with diagnostic and offering tools once we found the problem. Once had new clamps and a refill of steering fluid the trucks power steering was back and doing fine. And it hasn't had problem with it since.
An easy fix but when a few hundred miles from home an easily fixed problem is still very stressful. Thank you Gentlemen for all your help.”
