“We’ve been on a long road trip- 48 days- started in California - so we have to stop at gas stations frequently. This place was reasonably priced and the squeegee worked ??”
“Every time I come here the store is clean and the workers are so friendly. I previously used to go to Krist as my go-to but no longer. Parking is not ideal, but considering the location it’s definitely not something that can really be improved. Very glad for this station though, especially after the renovations. The Frosters are the best.”
“I really like this Krist location. It's my favorite one. The staff members are very friendly. It's easy to pop in and grab whatever you might need and then be out in a flash. It is very convenient to have access to this location for those living along the channel and I'd imagine it is a nice stop for travelers heading a bit further north. They have high octane fuel for snowmobilers/ATV people. Great place.”
“Gasoline on the end of town! Nothing special to see here, other than you can pull in from multiple angles. Watch out for ATVs and snowmobiles, they like to jump off the trail and fill up here too.”
“Filled up on the way to Houghton. Clean and modern pumps. This station also has a diesel pump island for commercial trucks. Did not go into the store. Non-E gas is a bit more expensive here compared to stations further south. Price for regular gas was comparable to stations in L’Anse or Baraga.”

“I dig this gas station for sure, but it would be nice if the hours on Google actually matched up with when they close. Went down at 10:24pm and it said it was open until 12am, but the cashier was super quick locking the door and leaving... an hour and a half early...”
