“Super awesome place to live in, especially as a student. The apartment looks beautiful, the interior is great, and the gym has free weights! The best part, however, is the staff. They are incredibly easy to contact and are always a text or call away. Two folks in particular--Alexxis Locke and Angelo Johnson--go above and beyond. I locked myself out of my apartment on a weekend, and they had someone down here and ready to let me back in within minutes. Anytime I have a problem or something to discuss, I go down and chat with Alexxis. Fantastic employee who deserves every raise and promotion in the book!”

“When my cousin moved into her apartment, she received a brand new stove and shortly after that, she received a brand new dishwasher.Maintenance requests are addressed very quickly (one or two days after being reported).Since this is an older building, the walls are sturdy and practical soundproof.”

“Carlyle Tower is a nice place to live, I have been a tenant for more than 10 years, they respond to your maintenance needs on time. Their over all manager, Ms Lennoi is a very nice person. Nelson.”
“This place has been pretty good since I moved here 4 years ago. Pricing is great for Southfield. If I have an issue there is no problem contacting the leasing office. Once you put in a maintenance request, they are on it within 24/48 hours. Holli the leasing manager is awesome. Any place you go will have its issues but trust me if you bring it to their attention they will try their best to get it corrected. The space in the apartment is almost 1500 sq.ft., let’s not talk about the closet space. I recommend moving here. I’ll be here for at least another year or two, until I purchase a home.”
“In my second rental year......Kim the leasing agent...absolutely love her! She's like family and will take care of whatever you need!!! Typical apartment environment....mixed crowd but overall good people. Updates are needed but you can tell they are working on things. No major concerns living here for me....I can only speak for myself!!”
“My husband and I toured with Phillip last week and we see so much potential in the building to be absolutely outstanding. The updated apartments are beautiful and the staff are very passionate about honoring the history of the building. It is still under construction in some areas and levels, the entire east tower is empty as they renovate it completely. We were very interested in living here, however the lack of on floor or in unit laundry and the parking garage not being an option until construction was completed were both downsides for us. For the price of the apartment and the quality I think its a great option.”
