Staff sit around on their phones and do absolutely nothing to help you unless they absolutely have to. They treated me like they had the "that's not my job" mentality I left so frustrated and let down that I wouldn't recommend going to this location. To be honest i wouldn't recommend ATT to anyone.

Terrible Service! they give out the wrong information, They have no clue what they’re doing and what their telling customers! they just take your money and screw you over. I will never acquire services with AT&T again! Jalen and Xavier are USELESS WITH NO CLUE! Retrain them or fire them!!!! Ugh! Jalen told us that they wouldn’t unlock my Dads iPhone for 30 days after we JUST PAID IT OFF! Now we have 3 additional bills when it Should’ve only been to, and of course they did not comp for their incompetence! Pathetic excuses of workers!

The representative that helped me was friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. After replacing the SIM card in my iPhone 13 and after it ‘appeared’ that I was now connected to AT&T cellular service, my phone was still unable to send or receive emails or open links.

everything was fine except the replacement iPhone screens used to be free, that's why I paid $50.00 for the initial one. Now there $10.00 for a replacement when it gets broke. Let's see I'm paying for insurance on the phone, I paid for a "lifetime" screen cover that isn't lifetime anymore. I can get a replacement screen from amazon for $3.00! So far I've given ATT $60.00 for a screen cover that I've replaced 3 times. Hmmmm...that would have cost me $9.00 on amazon for all three. Guess I should have just gone with the cheap one's. I know better now.

After an earlier Fiasco at the store on Southfield Rd near 696, I was determined not to return there and called the store on Telegraph and 12. i spoke to Charles who assured me they had the iphone and accessories I wanted. When I arrived, he was ready to take care of business! He was knowledgeable about the phone, could answer all questions, did not try to over charge me, and introduced me to Direct TV which has now made me switch from COMCAST! He took care of reloading the new phone, iphone MAC PRO with ease, put the clear screen and new case on, and walked thru some things about Direct TV and he took care of each transaction with ease! Super Job! Charles and this AT&T STORE has a forever customer! 10 stars!! Thankyou Charles!
