The Att on 12 mile and telegraph was great! excellent customer service from Emmanuel and Maurice. I was in and out with my issue taking care of. I'll definitely be back.

2partsPart 1, my personal experience:I went to the At&t store yesterday with multiple requests. I was having problems with my new s24 ultra, my account, and I needed to process my trade in. I worked with Jaylen. He took care of EVERYTHING. He even asked probing questions to make sure I was getting all the benefits I was eligible for, which it turns out I wasn't. He signed me up for a really great phone plan that fit all my needs at half the price I'd been paying.Part 2: The StaffThe ENTIRE staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I loved the way the assistant store manager interacted with her staff. Creating a great work environment for employees is also very important. They had great chemistry, very pleasant experience.Side note, Jaylen was working with an elderly customer before me. He was EXTREMELY patient and kind to her. He made sure she understood all the answers to her questions and even walked her out the door.

First of all, I would like to share with the Senior Leadership of AT&T how the store manager Shantrice at the 12 Mile/Telegraph saved the day. My son broke the screen on his phone and needed to file an insurance. We couldn’t remember my son’s pass code.We initially went to the AT&T store at 14 Mile/Orchard Lake and was advised they are only able to send a PIN code to his broken phone to reset the pass code. Unfortunately, if your phone is broken you are unable to read the Pin Code that was sent. After contacting Customer Services per the request of the store and speaking with a supervisor we were advised to go back to another AT&T store. We went to the 12 Mile/Telegraph store. The employee at the store provided us with the same run around. I requested a manager. Shantrice took up so much time with us to get this issue resolved. She was able to file a claim and the company Asurion fixed my son’s phone. We are valuable customers. I know we are not the only customer who forgot a pass code. AT&T had a valid email address on file. There is no formal process in place for customers at AT&T when this issue happens. This issue took an entire day of our valuable time. I would like for someone at AT&T leadership to reach out to me about this process and work on a solution so this never happens again. All employees are not going to be as diligent as Shantrice was in working on a band aid fix. She deserves some type of award for her effort at keeping a valuable customer satisfied.

very unprofessional and very rude gives customers the run around always lying to there customers over the phone about a technician is supposed to show up such and such time always lying not straight forward switching up this a multi million dollar company needs to update there equipment there's always a internet outage happening

This particular Southfield location is thee absolute worst. The staff lacks friendliness, enthusiasm, and personality. I visited Saturday to purchase an iPhone. However, when I inquired on the differences in the multiple options I was told by a “Joy” that seeing the different phones was not an option. She/he (being respective of pronouns) then proceeded to tell me that due to theft activity by unknown persons in the previous months. I today, the consumer, could not view the $1200 phone I was interested in purchasing. I thought that was Absurd. She/he was unapologetic and had a “oh well” demeanor. To potentially spend over a thousand dollars on something and not be able to see it first is tacky, unprofessional and ghetto. I immediately left.

Wonderful staff and experience at this AT&T store. Upgraded two phones with no issues and a great experience. Ashley and Shante were wonderful to work with.

Customer service was awesome. He managed to gety prepaid phone working for me when AT&T phone support couldn't. I needed a new e card cause they locked the sim card they went me. Great job?!!

Shantrice the manager did a exceptional job on calm me down about a issue with Sam’s Club. I was about to leave AT&T for good, but Shantrice went above and beyond to fix the issue with my bill. She got my bill lowered as a help me get a iPad for myself. If I could give her a million stars I would. Please go to this store to see her and her staff they are a fun bunch.

ATT policies are terrible. ATT is absolutely awful. However, Chanta did a very good job. She was respectful and calming and very helpful.
