“Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back.
He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity.
In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work, honesty, and efficiency of Master Tech. While hopefully I will not need their collision repair services anytime soon, I at least feel assured I will have a trusted place to turn to if I do.”

“Everything about my experience was great. I needed to reschedule at least twice and the person I talked to was patient every time. I got lost on my way there, the person I talked to found me and waved me in. Every step of the process left me feeling confident and well informed. The staff was the best part of the process. 5-stars to everyone there. They even asked if I needed my kids’ car seats or a ride home. “Tyrone Simmons provides outstanding customer service. He's personable and always seems happy to help you. I've had my cars serviced there twice I and highly recommend them. They don't take forever to repair your car or jack up the repair price like our dealership recommended collision shop. I've been there twice and they did a great job, repairing my bumper within 2 days. The only thing I didn't like was the second time they didnt have a car to take me back home. But my husband came and took me back. So be sure you have a ride back home and then to pick up your car when it's done. The money you save will be worth it though. I paid $500.00 less there than at Suburban Honda.”

“Ramen noodles are okay, but I have better. Japanese dishes are fairly decent, but some can be questionable. You don't get much of a choice outside of ramen, Japanese, American, sandwich, and (Japanese) curry. However, prices are costo level affordable.I highly recommend for a quick lunch. Does not serve breakfast or dinner however.”
