This location is the most professional location in my opinion. My opinion is probably worth what you paid for it, $0.00.
I spoke with the location manager, and he took the time to explain to me the minimum distance there is supposed to be between each vehicle. The distance for this location given the chain that helps vehicle through is six feet.
I applaud any manager or employee that will take the time to answer a question, and explain in detail a process.”

“The car wash attendant was nice. He did a good job pre washing my vehicle.There was no one drying at the time.But I understand in this covid 19 climate.There's a lot of room for drying and the vacuums are free.”
“I love the Southfield Jax on 10 Mile. The guys do great work, very professional and honest workers. One time I had mud still in my truck's wheelwells after a first wash and the guys drying told me to run it through again. Now that's valuing your customer!”

“The soap didn't stink as bad as other places. My antenna was fine, didn't put it down. Took my cc without complaining. Main complaint is that they close with a light sprinkle even if the rain is hours away. I wash my car before the rain on purpose to let the storm wash the remainder of the soap off. Car smells less that way. Avoid the potholes. Careful with the traffic.”
