“I had a great experience at Mr. Spotless Car Wash. One thing that really stood out was how thoroughly they pre-washed the vehicle before it even went through the drive-through car wash. They actually used a brush to loosen and remove the surface dirt first. They also did an excellent job on the interior, including vacuuming, cleaning the dashboard, and paying close attention to the small details throughout the vehicle. The staff was very friendly and took pride in doing a thorough job rather than rushing through it. I especially appreciated that when they were finished, they asked me to look everything over and told me that if I saw anything else that needed attention, just let them know and they would take care of it. I would recommend this car wash and will be a returning customer!”

“Good value for the price. Their finishing product doesn't last as long as what they use at matick but it's cheaper than matick so things balance out. I always see the Detroit police cars going through here so I feel like if it's good enough for my tax dollars it's gotta be good enough for me”

Its a wait, possibly 30-45 min, buy to me its worth the wait. It takes time to do a detailed job. Price is affordable for what you get. If you’re not satisfied they have no problem with fixing the issue. Love this place and the customer services rendered ❤️?”

Because of this location I've been a Splash club member for years, if you had to rely on the other locations to retain my business it would not happen I've patranonized many Splash locations they all have bad attitudes at the front specifically ESPECIALLY❗️the Grand River Southfield location. The inside carpets probably should’ve been taken out and scrubbed. But I’ll get that done at my home location. They also only take cash app or cash or zelle. Come on small businesses. Get it together here.”
“My go to car wash! Cash only. Always great except today my magnet bumper sticker fell off :( it’s been tried and true through the wash for years. If you find one that has mushrooms on it let me know and I’ll tell you what it says lol I tried to call but it didn’t go thru so am leaving a review to hopefully be reunited with my beloved magnet ❤️”
“The team at M J's did a great job and I left with a clean vehicle inside and out, tires shined, vacuumed and smelling like new for a reasonable price. This is a good hand wash, get you in and out with no frills type of business.If it's your first visit, the entrance is off Strathmoor St. The waiting room has a place to sit and a tv, nothing more or less. The guys working there are friendly and helpful, be courteous and pay attention when they give you instructions.”
