Carlyle Tower Apartments is a nice place to live, with tenants staying for many years. The new management team is compassionate and takes care of business quickly, responding to maintenance needs and concerns in a timely manner. The staff is very nice. They are improving the building with visible changes like a redone lobby and new laundry facilities. Apartments are spacious, including three-bedroom units. Residents recommend it and see the changes for the rent cost.

Hats off to the new management team Mike, Pamela and Shantel. You guys are doing wonderful, meeting the needs of your tenants. Every time I called, someone answered and maintenance was there to make any repairs in less than 24hr. Keep up the good work.

I really appreciate the kindness and understanding of the Paul and Shantel located in Southfield, MI. They made the moving process from start to finish very easy for me. The two apartments they shown were both nice and clean. I would recommend this to apartment bldg and management company.
