“The low ratings of this apartment complex confuse me, but I will say I lived here from early 2019-early 2020 and the management changed during this time, so maybe it's gotten better since then. All in all I have had no problems. The staff is friendly and helpful, our apartment is nice and everything works. We had a problem with our dishwasher and they replaced it entirely. Of course there are some things that come with living in an apartment (occasionally noisy neighbors for example) but if you have reasonable expectations and don't expect to live like a Kardashian, this apartment complex is more than acceptable. I am moving out because I am getting married, otherwise I would have stayed longer.”

“When my cousin moved into her apartment, she received a brand new stove and shortly after that, she received a brand new dishwasher.Maintenance requests are addressed very quickly (one or two days after being reported).Since this is an older building, the walls are sturdy and practical soundproof.”

“Admittedly and historically repairs have taken a while, but I see the great progress that has been made on behalf of the Maintenance and Administration Teams. This current Administration team is the best in the 10 years that I've been here. Just a few weeks ago, Administration put in a work order for me and Omar from the Maintenance staff was at my door, early, the very next morning for the complete repair.He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and communicated throughout the entire process. He assured me it would be completed correctly and he did just that.Thank you Everyone ♥️”

Typical apartment environment....mixed crowd but overall good people. Updates are needed but you can tell they are working on things. No major concerns living here for me....I can only speak for myself!!”

All the ladies in the office are amazing and I love how the new manager Tanesha is handling everything as well. The changes I have seen with the new company taking over in 3 months is way more than what has been done in years with this building. Don't hesitate to rent here things are really changing rapidly for the better... I am so happy I finally love my home they did everything I asked for.”
