“I have been a customer for 18 years, and have experienced some decently bad customer service when going into this location. I don't want to say I was profiled, but I was definitely treated different, on a few occasions when I went in.
The only reason I didn't cancel business with this credit union is because I've gotten comfortable with them, and normally handle everything online, so I would never have to deal with the people inhouse.
Today, I received exceptional treatment. I might add, the specialists in there today are different from the people I dealt with before (Thank God). I held off going into the branch as long as I could. Upon entering, Ms. Tracy was the most pleasant lady who greeted me and was going above and beyond (without even knowing I was annoyed to be in there) to answer the questions I had an provide solutions for my issues. Then, I got to Ms Joselyn, who furthered the experience by being attentive, explaining certain processes, and walking me through what I needed. I might have walked in with the biggest frown that I had to even go into the branch, but I left with a smile on my face, feeling appreciated as a customer. They might have just kept me for another 20 years.
