Very unprofessional, lazy with the help, they will lie to you and tell you one thing but next time they will claim that wasn’t what they said. They are all full of shìt and that bank needs to be closed or hire new people who can actually be helpful and professional.

Poor customer service: on August 2. My daughter went to open a savings account, she was told no because they were short staffed, but it was not a customer in site only my daughter. The drive through was empty as well.

Poor customer service and unprofessional and hung up on me in drive through and said they are closed right at 4:59 p.m. your reviews show how poorly you are ran.
