“I have been a member for approximately 35 years, since they were Michigan Bell C U. I have always received friendly, courteous, and informative service. Upon walking through the door I have been greeted with a smile and “Hello” and if there is someone in line, the next statement has been “We’ll be with you shortly” followed by, “Sorry for the wait,” once I’m at the counter. Nothing but praises for this business as I was formerly a member of the one connected with the company where I worked and the difference is phenomenal. Good Work Vibe Employees!!!”

We are Zeal credit Union today and going strong, I never had a problem, they did not help me with, the staff in awesome, friendly, and I'm glad I stayed with this credit union through the years.”

“I went in yesterday with my niece to add her as the beneficiary to my accounts. First of all, I just wanted to commend the banker Patrice for sitting down with us to get it all taken care of. She was very polite, efficient and she worked quickly. She is truly good at what she does. She made the process so easy. However, one of the other tellers (to which I did not get her name)at the front desk did ask me what type of cellphone I had and the carrier. I didn't think anything of it at first, but then later I found these questions to be a bit suspicious. I did not appreciate being asked about this as it signaled a red flag to me. It comes across as social engineering. I actually work for a credit card company and I notice this kind of behavior all the time. Anyway, bank staff should not be requesting this type of info from customers without a need to know basis or a valid reason. I was actually quite confused as to why she was asking me about this, as it had nothing to do with why I was there. Otherwise, it seems like a very nice location and the staff are pleasant.”

“I went to this location to cash a check and I didn't have an account with them. I was greeted with a smile and hello from the bank manager (Kaycie?). This was refreshing because you don't receive recognition at a lot of places. She then went on to explain the process very thoroughly and handled it professionally and quickly. “I originally became a Chase customer by accident—I signed up for the Amazon Prime credit card several years ago and didn’t realize at the time that it was issued through Chase. Once I started using their online banking, I was genuinely impressed. It worked so smoothly that I eventually decided to switch over from PNC Bank entirely, and I’m glad I did.
I’ve seen some negative reviews for this location, but I honestly don’t understand them. I rarely need to go into the branch, but every time I have, I’ve received excellent customer service. The only “problem” I ever run into is getting stuck behind someone at the ATM who clearly isn’t familiar with how it works and is trying to do huge banking transactions—lol—but that’s hardly Chase’s fault.
When I came in to open my account, the team was welcoming, patient, and extremely helpful. Between the great online experience and consistently friendly in‑person service, Chase has earned my trust. I’m very happy I made the switch.”

“I was hesitant to come to the12 mile ranch because of other negative reviews. I am so glad I took a chance! Alyssa(sp) was fabulous! She was pleasant, polite, personable and efficient. Thanks Alyssa! All of the staff the I came in contact with were courteous. They had 3 tellers working and I waited maybe 2 minutes in line. I will be back if needed.”
