“During the Holidays it is so busy. And many businesses close early for Christmas and after. I wanted to send a birthday bouquet to a relative after Christmas. I tried several flower shops that did not answer. I even tried the 1- 800 online florist and could not place an order. I Googled florist in Southfield, MI area, and i got recordings or a no answer. One flower shop answered but just played Christmas music. Then I called Thrifty florist, and I was immediately greeted very warmly by Erica. She was very kind and helpful. Although it was rainy and sleeting there, with a stormy forecast, the flowers were delivered the same day. (December 26). And they are beautiful. (The Pictures attached show what was delivered and the advertisement of what I ordered.) They did a great job! They are friendly and thoughtful, and they have good service. And I recommend them. Thank you, Thrifty Florist, in Southfield, Michigan.”
