“I haven’t been here in over 20 years to range and I should have as I had a great time ranging pistol here. I did research prior and spoke with some co-workers about going here and they had not been here in years also. So I needed some trigger therapy and this is the closest indoor range to my work. Yea @hit happens and there are other places that got caught up in ATF issues however Double Action continues to exist and I will frequent more often.”
“Had a very good experience with an employee who remade a gift card that we lost (we had the receipt and it took about 10 minutes). Came back and bought a kayak with it, and the same employee was there to help us out again. Everyone else was helpful as well.

“I had to pick up a 300 lbs. weight set, which as you can imagine, would take some time to gather, check out and load into my truck. The cashier that checked me out was organized and super friendly. The manager, Ben, was a huge help loading and friendly as well. I do not envy how hard they must work in retail to keep shelves stocked and customers happy, but they were great helping me. Went here to get my sons set up to get into bow hunting. While selection was slim, this is why the store gets 4 stars and not 5, they both got what they needed to get started.
Hunter in the archery department is awesome. He was super patient with my sons, got them set up and ready to go with no pressure. Very chill and happy to share his knowledge, total class act.”

I came here to get my CPL course done. I didn’t have to make an appointment came on a Sunday and there was barely anyone there. It was wonderful.
After I got done with everything went to the County clerk and followed their instructions
I begin shopping for guns and wanted to search elsewhere to see what my options were, but decided to come back to action impact as my first experience with them went well
One of the guys on the floor, Rob or Robert walk me through all the guns and really coached me on some great stuff
I also wanna thank the range instructor a cool marine who is only there on the weekends and made my shooting experience extremely awesome”
