My experience w/ PW have mostly been positive. I enjoy the art I've chosen. I'm looking forward to visiting some of their galleries in the future or attending a land event someday. When a frame on one of my art pieces had improper fit, my customer service experience was smooth, the piece was re-framed nicely and in the time they estimated. One downside is that if you attend a cruise auction the sales associates can sometimes be pretty pushy, and maybe they bend the truth a little to far in order to make a sale. With the telecasts, it's not that way. The concierges Ive worked with have always been gracious and helpful.I actually enjoy learning about the artists and types of art. I think perhaps PW needs to come out with a glossary of their art terminology because some folks seem to get confused with things like: graphic works, unique, original, limited edition, etc. I feel bad hearing about others experiences, when they're left feeling "scammed", but maybe a little education can help alleviate that. Side note: I have to stress the importance of reading the fine print of the auction agreements the associates give out!One minor detail. I'm not so sure any gallery should be conducting their own appraisals on the art they sell. Seems maybe like a bit "conflict of interest"? But maybe that's common practice, I'm only a casual observer.

Do NOT purchase through this company on a cruise or TRIPLE check your info if you do. We purchased 4 paintings. We provided our room number to the sales person and they filled in the rest of our info and my partner signed in a hurry (we were on vacation in the middle of the ocean). 1 number of our address was incorrect and due to this the paintings were delivered to the incorrect address even though our address with the cruise company was correct. Clearly an error on the sales persons end and ours as well for not catching the 1 wrong number. Park west will not work with us at all. No refund, not even 1 painting replaced. Just out all that money.

Just called for a query. First was put on hold for a while, then was told they aren't the Park West art gallery in MI I was trying to reach (they are), then was put on hold again, then was hung up on. Charming. ?

I bought some art at their gallery on a Norwegian cruise. Absolute worst experience! Never got it and called. Because a war since it was billed on Norwegian cruise to my room by park west. Made it harder. While on another Norwegian cruise and still having no resolution I went to the gallery on that ship and got no support. They offered me an online auction credit! I wanted what was in front of me that I bought. In the end I had to file dispute with Am Ex to get my money back and I won. They didn’t get me the art, make it right or offer any solution! Horrible, stressful and expensive experience! I will never buy again. I also found you can buy direct from the artist with out the malicious mark up and hassle of their extremely poor service.

Inflated prices up to 5x market value. Appraisals inflated worse than that. Make sure it's something you plan to keep the rest of your life. You won't be able to sell it for even half what you paid for it if things get bad and you need money more than art. Hindsight 20/20. Do your research.

Leila Alvarez, a Customer Services Representative in Park West's Framing Department, is an asset to her company! In working with her to ensure the framing of seven very specia artworks, Ms. Alvarez demonstrated much appreciated and courteous customer service, attention to detail, and follow-through. She acted as though her job wasn't done until her customer was pleased. I am so glad that she was our representative! Kudos to Park West on having staff like her!

Explorer of the SEAS Feb 18-23, 2024 my family had a great experience with Vivien, Diego, Martin and crew. Truly felt from Vivien that it was all about the joy what these pictures stirred up within us...no after regrets towards our pictures after arrival. I was concerned when my daughter recieved an appraisal along with her letter of authenticity for her David Najar picture and I had not. I called Park West and connected with Client Services, spoke with Juliet. What a wonderful person you have representing your gallery. Juliet patently listened and addressed all of my concerns. She let me chatter about my cruise and then offered me solutions (how to get my appraisal quickly.)I will definitely be purchasing from Park West Gallery with every cruise from here on in. Thank you!

Never Again. We have been purchasing artwork from Park West for years since we took a cruise back in 2017. Things were mostly ok. Online events local events etc. Until the last online auction we attended. One of the big promotions was to buy two paintings adn receive a 3rd free. We never received confirmation from Park West on the extra piece of art nor did we ever sign the invoice as they kept ignoring the extra artwork. Without signing any paperwork we were sent the otehr art and our credit card was charged. Since we never agreed to the chrges or artwork without the extra piece we refused the charges. Now they are playing they auction card and will not adress the issue in the first place. We have all the emaisl and responses from Park West stating it will be added and taken care of. Do Not Buy anything from them unless you want to receive items you don't want or do want to receive the items you did.

AVOID PARK WEST GALLERY AT ALL COSTS!! We have bought tens of thousands of dollars worth of Michael Godard Paintings from Park West and before that Princess Fine Arts, and we are considered VIP Clients by Park West. Most of the paintings we've purchased have had zero issues, but when we purchased a $10K+ original painting from one of their VIP Events in Nashville, the Painting arrived damaged (rippled & damaged canvas) so we immediately sent it back, only to be told that they "repaired" the painting and would send it back to us, which we refused and kindly asked them to simply reverse the charge to our credit card, and we'd be back at another event in the future to hopefully buy more artwork. I mean, would anyone buy a new car that's been in an accident, and if they did...would they pay full price? I don't think so. They asked us to take a credit, which makes no sense since we have no idea when we'll be back to another event and if we'd even like any of the paintings at that event. They've now tried three times to send this damaged painting back to us, we keep declining it, and had to open a dispute with our credit card company. Needless to say if they act like thugs with their so-called VIP Clients, I can't imagine how they treat their everyday casual clients. I would not recommend this company to my worst nightmare, and their customer service is literally designed to try and force their clients into accepting their horrible service as if it's ok.DO NOT BUY FROM PARK WEST GALLERY!!

Oscar Torres, customer services representative, was amazing! We have been buying from park west for years, recently we received a piece of artwork and the framing was below the quality we have come to know and expect from park west. Oscar quickly took ownership of the issue, offered multiple resolutions, and when the art work was reframed he personally ensured the framing was perfect! Thank you Oscar for providing an exception experience and restoring our faith in the quality of product park west is providing.

RUN away from this place. They are afraudulent unscrupulous company. They charged me over 1300 for a painting that came damaged. It was just left.outside my door in the rain. No signature ever collected. They arranged for FEDEX to pick up the damaged painting after I.fought with them.to do so for a month. Then FedEx never delivered it back to them. FedEx admits they lost it and so did the gallery. Fast forward aover a year if fighting and they are now saying I never sent it back and are changing me for the painting!!! They are HORRIBLE. The BBB gets almost DAILY complaints about them.....STAY AWAY!

Want to buy a painting or a print on board a ship? AVOID these guys. I bought a print, and received a lesser value copy. My bad, I really should have read the Google reviews. NEVER EVER buy a painting on board. You have no control over what they will send you. And try suing a company in Miami from your overseas home base. Best you don't buy.Sa a follow up to our experience, we read the Google reviews. Not good. We contacted Park West, who confirmed in writing the AP print we bought was of higher value than the one the sent. That was quickly withdrawn with a referral to an invoice that "on the back" says "Park West do not warrant" the print we saw would be sent. What? We saw a print. We bought it, it did not arrive. Some other arbitrary print did.In the reviews there are may refences to legal cases against Park West. For similar stunts.Simply put, we get what we bought, or another legal case is about to ensue.See the prints uploaded.

Bought some artwork on a cruise and when they sent me what I purchased it was the wrong picture. First nobody would return my phone calls then they refused to take it back and give me the correct one. As far as I am concerned they are not a reputable company so I would stay far away from purchasing anything from them. To be honest there prices weren't great either .
