“I had a good experience going to drop off my item inside UPS store. Yesterday was the problem when they did knock at my door and I got a doorbell and they left a piece of paper where I I have to go pick it up. I thought that was wrong. You should’ve rung the doorbell, but you didn’t. You just left a little piece of paper.”

Oh i didn't tell you that this was 9am the service was at 2pm and it was a beautiful service.thank you”

He actually walked me through all the tech steps for my Amazon return which shocked me because at other ups stores they don’t care about that and just shoo me away. Even when I was waiting in line he was super helpful and professional, I was really impressed!”
