“I’ve used this UPS location frequently since moving to the Royal Oak area, largely for return drop offs but for notary and printing services as well. The staff are always helpful and manage to get people through pretty quickly, even when the lines get long. Assistant manager Tyler has been super helpful with a handful of printing projects I’ve had lately. I very much appreciate the consistent quick and good service at this location!”

“I went into Kinkos for a last minute printing project and had the best customer service I've ever had. I was concerned because it was close to closing time and the Google rating. But Malika made all the difference - she was super professional and helpful. Thank you for your help!”

“I really love the young folks who work here. I’m very impressed. I once was behind a fella who had to ship a makeup bag abroad to a visitor who recently left it behind. The ups associate explained that it all needed to be recorded and it will take a while. He started getting frustrated. I work in shipping and receiving and was gearing up to explain to the guy that it’s not her call… and it’s probably not even UPS’s call. If he wants to yell at someone, yell a customs, and btw, good luck with that! The associate stuck to her guns but diffused the situation and never suggested it’d be done any sooner than possible. Very poised and sophisticated workers in this store. I should have gotten her name, but I’ve never been treated in anyway there, that wasn’t professional and kind. AMAZON RETURN NOTE: I’ve never been judged for multiple Amazon returns. PLUS: Whenever I’ve brought in a return and there’s no line, they’ve always motioned me to the counter to do it for me. If you’re not comfortable using the self-serve station, wait for an associate to help if there’s a line. No problem. No drama. I love my drivers too. My supervisor and I always try to drop what we’re doing and unload them asap. For this reason our driver does everything he can to accommodate us. That’s very valuable to us as delays really screw up the workflow. Treat your ups people like gold and they’ll return the favor.”

“Feels like time traveling in the best way! Great services and great customer service! I don’t like printing prices anywhere for colored prints but here is slightly less than UPS and other places. They’re local, easy to get to…. I can’t complain. I’ve never has any issues and I imagine if I did, they’d fix it proper.”

He was incredibly polite, kind, and patient, taking the time to guide me through everything without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. His professionalism was truly unmatched, and he made what could have been a stressful situation smooth and easy. Excellent customer service thank you, Blake!”

“I really needed to get a fax response to the IRS for the nonprofit I am associated with. Joe was very helpful and able to get the long fax through, solving my problem. I had tried at another UPS Store near my home, but the fax machine there did not seem to be fast enough to get the job through. I went to a FedEx store and an Office Depot near me and both were much more expensive, plus I had to figure out how their machines worked and try (unsuccessfully) to do it myself. Best result and service at this business!”

I’m still waiting for an email from another company in Novi (much less of a drive). I called this other company at 9am. Still no email. My important shipment is on its way to Washington State. Thank you Craters and Freighters for doing business the old school way, Effectively!!! You answered your phones and said, “Come on down!” End of Story”

“I habe had 2 great experiences here so far. I didn't realize the store closed at 6pm, so I made it there at around 7 minutes until closing. Instead of acting irritated, the man who was working helped me with no issues and even let me email my label for him to print out. Another time was very similar with how helpful the employee was. Very happy with the overall service.”

“I had a good experience going to drop off my item inside UPS store. Yesterday was the problem when they did knock at my door and I got a doorbell and they left a piece of paper where I I have to go pick it up. I thought that was wrong. You should’ve rung the doorbell, but you didn’t. You just left a little piece of paper.”

“Located inside of Walgreens at the photo counter. There's usually always an employee there to help scan your package. From what I've seen you should already have your package taped, labeled and ready to go. I've been going there for years and probably have only had to wait once and it was a 5 minute wait.”
