Staff changes have led to a decline. Maintenance has an attitude. Management is lazy and doesn't take steps to make the place better. Quality people were replaced with incompetent friends. Walls are paper thing and management doesn't enforce noise levels.

When my cousin moved into her apartment, she received a brand new stove and shortly after that, she received a brand new dishwasher.Maintenance requests are addressed very quickly (one or two days after being reported).Since this is an older building, the walls are sturdy and practical soundproof.

The leasing staff is fantastic. I am a new soon to be tenant. Every time I have come the place is quiet and clean. The tenants seem to be really friendly. I am looking forward to calling this home!
