“I had an incredible experience with Quality Towing in Southfield, Michigan, near Detroit, on Thanksgiving. After my car went into a ditch, Ulysses, the tow truck driver, truly went above and beyond. Not only did he safely pull my car out without causing any further damage, but he also took the time to help me clean off all the mud and even took my car to a car wash. On top of that, he assisted me with putting on a spare tire. He made sure that my daughter and I exited the area safely and on the safe side of town. “Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back.
He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity.
In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work, honesty, and efficiency of Master Tech. While hopefully I will not need their collision repair services anytime soon, I at least feel assured I will have a trusted place to turn to if I do.”
