I want to make an appointment and I could not talk to anyone on the phone. It kept sending me a round and round and round and asked them the same question. No, I speak to a customer service person bad bad bad service. It is frustrating when you can’t talk to anyone you can just talk to the animation and it only do so much.

UPS lost the “certified mail’ I was sending, and will not help locate it, it has a tracking number. They lost it and want me to figure it out on their website. Weeks and Bullock still haven’t got back with me regarding the service (June 2025, it’s now Aug 20, 2025) …. 🤬 and I’m not supposed to be mad?

I went to the post office right after work 20 minutes before they closed the two older ladies talked about how they’re not going to help me the young guy in training helped me it only took 5 minutes he was very nice and professional

Today I came to pick up a package that needed a signature. The person who served me was the female leader here, but I don't know her name. Her attitude towards work was extremely bad. I am not a native and my English is not good. She made things difficult for me. I provided the tracking number and the pickup card sent by USPS to me and the address of the package. I also provided my driver's license, but my driver's license is not from Michigan. She said that this is not acceptable and I must provide proof of employment, which I couldn't produce at all. There were many people behind me, and I think she realized that her behavior was not good. Later, she went to help me check, but what made me even more angry was that my package had obviously arrived (before this, it was Tenia who served me. She asked me to come and pick it up at 6 o'clock. I have come here many times to do business. I have seen that only Tenia is very friendly to everyone and handles things quickly. I only give Tenia five stars). The female leader asked me to come back the next day to pick it up. I had no choice but to find Tenia. She helped me get the package and gave me the letters that their company had not sent to me since last year. There are several very important letters in these letters for my store. Can such leadership ability lead a good team?
