Always a long wait in line no matter what you are going to do

Long lines. Had to keep going back to the line, when the customer service person could have told me everything I needed at one time. Try to do all you can on line & avoid this USPS.

My experience is based on my phone conversations with the staff (A lady at first, then a gentleman) today. They were professional and helpful in solving my issues. Call backs were prompt and communication was thorough. Thank you!
