I worked with a young lady named Princess. She was kind and seemed knowledgeable. When I went home I discovered she made a mistake by putting my daughters number on my phone and vice versa. It was very frustrating, I live an hour away, the next Verizon store I went to was a waste of time. She gave me her phone number and she never responded to my calls. I am never going to this store again, I'll go to Dearborn heights they were so much more knowledgeable and helpful. Adham was excellent.

This places sucks when it comes to customer service. I walked in, first rep came over, I started to explain my issue, his cell phone rang, he interrupted me explaining, turned to the counter, asked a young lady if she could help and the expression on her face was that of reluctance but she slowly made her way to me. I begin again to explain my issue and before I could finish she interrupted me and told me I need to use my computer so on and so forth. I looked at her and she said "on go ahead, what were you saying", I said, "nothing OK, thank you and I left. I've only been a customer for 3 days, to the verizon higher ups, this is a bad look. 👎 a friend of mine said not go to the one in "Southfield" I should have listened to him.

I dread coming to this store. I have a business account and b/c it appears that VZW has outsourced customer service and I can’t get any help over the phone, of course I’m going to give a bad survey.
About a week later I got a call from Micheliska from the SOUTHFIELD STORE. She sounded helpful and said she saw where I was being charged for a device I don’t even have. She said she had to send an email and she would credit my account. Well after about a week or so of not hearing back, I HAD to come to the store. Some reps named Efrain and Tiara were the worse reps I’ve ever seen.
I had about 5 folks ahead of me. Then it was 3. This guy came in and they took him immediately. I went to the desk and said how were folks just walking in and getting a rep when folks were waiting. I was told some sham story and I sat down. Then I get a text saying I was next?! Oh ok.
Tiara approached me with an attitude right off. In my mind I should have the attitude. I advised about my conversation with Efrain and she IMMEDIATELY started telling me that she couldn’t help, that I needed Micheliska. Then Efrain chimes in saying if I was inquiring about any credit no one could help, it had to be Micheliska who was in a meeting. So I ask Tiara if she could look at my phone because when charging, it gets so hot that I think it’s going to explode. She then tells me it’s out of warranty and she can’t do anything to help. I guess because I wasn’t a male, she didn’t try either. No options on buying another phone or anything. Just an attitude and eye rolls. When I left I apologized for BOTHERING HER and would look forward to Micheliska calling around 11:30am on the next business day. So what a waste of my time. If I acted the way these folks did on today, I would get FIRED. CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON THERE ARE CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS.

As EXPECTED, no follow-up from Micheliska at 11:30 up until now. Although someone posted a response, the LINK DOESNT WORK so I guess I’ll have to make another trip to the store. If VZW Business can’t handle my ONE phone line, there’s NO WAY I’m increasing to the 10 phones needed for my business. I wanted them to fix this bill where I’m BEING CHARGED FOR A DEVICE I DONT HAVE PER Micheliska. How can I trust them with additional business? I’m GREATLY DISAPPOINTED in the LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE! If I could give ZERO as a rating I would!!!

Tiara and Monica have the years of experience you hope for when going to a cellphone store with a problem. Tiara tirelessly worked on my problem and replaced my SIM card twice to see if that would fix the SOS issues on my mini iPhone 13. Once she knew my phone was unfixable and I didn't have the extended warranty, she gave me all of my options I needed to make the most fiscally responsible decision I could, at a time when I truly needed my phone to work and did not want nor plan for this surprise expense. I was literally there for hours, but both Tiara and Monica made it a very pleasant experience. I was heading to another Verizon store closer to my house and I turned around and went the opposite direction just to go to the Southfield store , because I have always had good experiences there and this was a problem that no ordinary sales/service person could address. The life stresses I am going through are trying enough.
After I chose to buy the iPhone 15, Monica made sure EVERYTHING was transferred over and working properly before I walked out that door.
I almost forgot, Tiara had a wonderful line she used when she was multitasking between me and other customers in a very busy store; "Work smarter, not harder!"
Thank you both, beautiful & smart ladies, for helping turn a dreaded process at the wrong time in my life, into a very pleasant experience and a much needed break from my next obligation.

You have 8 Verizon employees 4 is helping customers, the other 4 is standing around playing on their personal phones and not helping. This really sucks.

Just signed up with Verizon. Great people working at this location.
They're friendly, pressional, and personable. If I had to go into a location for additional help with their services or with questions. I'd definitely would come back to this location.

I had an issue with my son's phone overheating and cracking and the manager at this store was very patient and helpful when dealing with the Verizon representative on the phone to help me resolve the situation. I really appreciated Anthony's assistance!
