The entire staff was SUPER accommodating and it was such a huge relief. From the moment we walked in, the focus was on making our dog comfortable and changing her ensuring she wasn’t fearful. I would highly recommend this practice.”

“My rate is a 4-star because Blue Pearl has made some major improvements over the last few years. Some years back the customer service was horrible. And now that those employees who worked the phones and at the front desk are no longer there, I've been very satisfied with the service received.

From day one, I have received excellent service from the ophthalmology department (top-notch service). Also, when one of my dogs was gravely ill (kidney disease), after a 10-day hospitalization at BP (in 2020), I was able to bring her home and meticulously care for her, which allowed her to live 3.5 more years. I am forever grateful for that.

If there was anything negative to share, it would be regarding the ER protocol. I don't think the protocol services the needs of the clients well. I prefer to not take my dogs to an ER hospital near me because the care is not acceptable, based upon my standards (and there is always only one vet available). I actually took my dog, that had the kidney disease there first and they advised me to put her down. If I had listened to them and not taken her to BP instead, I would've not had the additional 3.5 years with her. However, BP will not provide care if they don't consider it to be an urgent emergency. They've turned me away in the middle of the night with one of my other dogs. For this reason, I can't give a higher rating. In my opinion, if I travel 30 miles to BP's ER in the middle of the night, it's for an alarming, important reason.”

“As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, right away my puppy knew where he was at. I've never seen a puppy so happy to visit the Vet. When he saw allison that tail started wagging as if there was no tomorrow. I must say I was a bit jealous to find out that he fancy allison. The love that he received is undescribable. Hillsdale Veterinary Hosp. Is the best in Farmington. It's home away from home and my dog loves it there. The staff and doctors are phenomenal!”

“This animal hospital saved my dog Billy from his life-threatening urinary stones health problem. Billy has been absolutely renewed almost like the day we first brought him home back in 2018. Staff was very kind, honest, straightforward, and explanatory when Billy was going into his surgery. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to pricing on all aspects of the procedure, my family had to shell out a couple thousand dollars for absolutely everything that was needed, from as little as visits to as massive as his surgery, it was a tremendous amount of money. Other than that, I can safely say it was a 8/10 in positive experience, Thank you for saving my dog Billy.”
