The pharmacist was rude and tried to get me to buy over the counter iron drops when my doctor sent in a specific prescription. Explained this and was treated rudely. NEVER received the drops please don’t go here! It’ll save you a headache.

Let’s start off with how the Pharmacist Ali scratches himself within inappropriate areas of his body in the pharmacy CONSTANTLY staff witnesses.. HORRIFYING.The pharmacist(s) & operation of the pharmacy sucks.Poor attitudes and lack of care for the staff.I do not recommend working here, and if you fill any pain medication do not fill it here either I witnessed the pharmacist make up anything to deny the prescription, many times.The pharmacist(s) over work the technicians, does not provide the necessary breaks, and preforms “ retaliation “ upon the staff if you do something he don’t like & let’s not get into the attitudes.Also the pay is horrible, they expect you to do their job with minimum wages. Run don’t walk. You never will get a raise.

Pharmacy STAFF SUCKS AND ARE RUDE. they lie about not receiving prescriptions and don't fill medicine. It took them 3 different times to say they didn't have enough staff when they where all sitting down. They charge you for things you never received. AVOID THIS STORE COMPLETELY. ONLY GO HERE IF YOU ARE DESPERATE OR WANT TO DIE.

The Pharmacist Ali and staff do an excellent job each time I’m there. Although short staffed, they handle things efficiently, professionally, and in a personable way. Especially Pharmacist Ali, he simply is steady going, helpful, pleasant, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, a great problem solver and makes you feel important no matter what. I realize anyone can have a bad experience, but I go often and this is always the good result.I went in for my COVID-19 booster, flu shot, and RSV vaccination. I arrived ahead of my appointment time. No problem. I’ve had problems with my prescriptions that they worked out with my doctor. This is their typical service. They do a really good job. I recommend this place highly...

i should’ve just kept initial review up. took it down cause i felt bad for speaking on them and i work in customer service myself. but the pharmacist i encountered today made me decide to never give walgreens pharmacy ANYWHERE my business again. today was it. pharmacist, figure out how you want to work. don’t pick and choose when you want to do something or blame it on someone’s insurance after being able to fill the same prescription multiple times at that location and one other. it’s alright tho, was able to get my meds elsewhere. absolutely grateful you all are working to help others but man i’ve had the worst experience here every time i leave dentist to get my meds for recent work i had to get done. love the store but the pharmacy can be a trip.

TL:DR The pharmacist here discriminates against people based on their medications and will refuse to fill prescriptions he doesn't like.The pharmacist at this location, Ali Makki, is deplorable. I went to pick up a prescription that I've been taking for more than a decade. The pharmacist said he had questions for my provider. I explained it wasn't a new prescription, he said that didn't matter. I asked what questions he had, and he said, "that's between me and the prescriber". Why does a pharmacist with no medical degree have the right to deny me my prescription based on his own opinion? The fact that a pharmacist can discriminate against people based on their medications is deplorable. I've moved every one of my prescriptions to a new company, and I will never step foot in a Walgreens again.

If I could give a 0 I would. I transferred my scripts here- big mistake. I got a message that they were out- I needed the refill ASAP. This script is common and cheap. I called and the lady was rude. She didn’t even know what script I needed and she said nope we don’t have it and we don’t know when. Well- how would she know? She didn’t even ask who I was or what I was looking to fill. She then rudely asked my name. She looked me up- well they actually had it but said my insurance wouldn’t place the script cause it wasn’t covered. Ok- how isn’t it covered I’ve been getting this medication for 5 yrs?! She said 30 days out of pocket it $1900 and 90 days out of pocket is $1900. Well that makes no sense right there. I asked for the generic she said no that they couldn’t. Back to Walmart I go. Never again. Don’t treat your customers like we’re stupid. I have a good job and pay for good insurance. Apparently this location has too much money coming in to give good customer service.

There is an amazing woman who works in the pharmacy that showed me great empathy when I had a brief emotional moment, and was crying. She prayed with me and I just really appreciated it so much. Shout out to her!!!

If I could give zero stars I could. They don't answer the phone, they take forever to fill prescriptions, the lines are super long and the staff is just rude
