The pharmacist Ali and staff do an excellent job each time. Even when short staffed they handle things efficiently, professionally and in a personable way. Ali is steady, helpful, pleasant and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, a great problem solver who makes you feel important. Jordan Shift Lead and the two women were super helpful and personable, and the attitude was appreciated. You can arrive ahead of appointment time for COVID-19 booster, flu shot or RSV vaccination with no problem. The pharmacy worked out prescription problems with the doctor and do typical service that is prompt, courteous and quick. The location is great, the cashier is nice, clean and friendly. An amazing woman showed empathy, prayed and support in an emotional moment. The downfall is beggars and family that can pull out a wad of cash at any moment.
Your experience will solely depend on which sales associate is working the front counter that day. As well as who is working in the pharmacy. The pharmacy never has your prescription ready unless it is placed by your physician digitally. The sales team needs training on customer service.

This location is at 12 Mile and Northwestern. It's further away than a Walgreens near me but the service here is worth the drive 🚗.
