I have C O P D which is a lung disease, and these people told me that I could not wear my mask in their stores. I was wearing masks even before the pandemic. I won't try to shop there ever again. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

Just left, love the store.Issac, Christine, and Emily have all been extremely helpful. They have helped me, in thee most professional way, explore my sexuality, inform me on any question I had, and made me feel beyond comfortable.As it tends to be common, some men feel uncomfortable about certin toys. However, Issac made me feel incredibly comfortable today in picking out the perfect plug, the spinning tail teaser. He takes pride in his apperance and store for sure!Thank you Adam & Eve team! You guys are the best!

Not exactly a "safe" environment for all guests when refusing to allow customers to wear a mask inside the store.Plenty of other similar store just have you pull it down in front of the first camera and then continue shopping.And FYI... It doesn't matter what your stance on covid is!!! Chemo patients have been wearing masks in stores for decades, way to alienate customers! ZERO stars is more appropriate!

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy the mystery bag. All they do is throw in a bunch of cheap lube packets, fuzzy handcuffs that look child size, and a pair of tights my grandmother would have worn to church. Clearly these items are rejects that never got sold. $40 dollars and part of an anniversary gift ruined.The following is added info as a follow up two weeks later: The store seemed to reach out to me on this message by saying how sorry they were and giving an email address for me to reach out to them at. I did in fact reach out a couple weeks ago with a detailed email about the mystery bag. They DID NOT RESPOND. Do not bother emailing them if you had an issue. It is just a front to make it seem like they care.Just all around disappointed that they wasted my money, and then came back to waste my time too.

Very nice staff members and the slightly bigger blonde girl was GREAT. I wish I got her name. BUT why was I charged $95 for a toy that was $80 on your website and anywhere else? ?
