DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOA. At 2.3 they're extremely overrated I've never been so dissatisfied with a bank. They don't do what they promise and don't make it right but simply provide excuses of why they should be able to hold your deposited funds beyond the date they tell you and beyond the point they actually receive the funds. I know the deposited check is good, [it's from a government entity), that they have the funds and that they're making money off those funds. Now I'll research and find out what regulations they violated and what the fines are and how to report the violation Btw BOA isn't available seconds after their reply... no customer service... stay away!!!

I am a Uaw member and work for one of the big three, the branch manager and I were having a conversation about what is going on with the strike and then out of nowhere She stated to me you auto Workers feel the world revolves around you. She also said I’m not worth anything more than what I’m already getting paid especially with my benefits and if I’m not happy, I should go seek employment elsewhere. Not saying everyone in this bank is bad, but the branch manager definitely has attitude and needs to be addressed and I will be stepping this up to corporate level

Terrible customer service I came in to start a loan application. The ladies seemed like they were so bothered to start a application. They tried to talk me out of applying or doing it another way, and then they finally gave in and reluctantly did a application. Terrible customer service.

I have been with Bank of America for over 30 years I deposit my check every week there’s been many time’s lately that it takes 4-5 days for my check to become available it cleared the payroll account then next day but can’t get my money for a few days unfortunately I’m looking at other banks after 30 years what a shame. Last thing I thought I would have to do

We had a very nice lady assist us with a new account credit card. She was very knowledgeable but then we had an offer code that didn't go through or she was having trouble redeeming it threw off the intrest rate which is now higher than the offer letter. Overall very nice people the employees were willing to help her when she had a question. I didn't stay too long but overall I would choose this place over the chase Bank. Everything was OK I wasn't wowed with the service more like come in friendly face and come out.

They can open a fraudulent account online for just anyone, but I can't close an account in person?? Call and keeps asking for acct number, which I don't have, when I get someone they have to transfer me. I had 3 different numbers given to me and could not get to the right department. I could only get help on FB. Oh and the person I talked to from this branch was kind of rude, I tried to tell her I couldn't get thru on the phone and the info she gave me to do didn't work , even though she kept cutting me off to tell me this was how to do it.

Terribly inconvenient. Theyre only open when im at work. I literally have to use my lunch (or take a day off) to do anything because they dont open until 10am and close before I get out of work.

Bull$hit , you can open a fraudulent account online in 3 minutes. To report and shut down, hours ☠️Fraud department is a joke wait an hour an the phone just to get disconnected.Real people at the back can't even close the accounts.Worthless

Monday Sept 27th. I went in to make a withdraw from IRA. The blonde lady who was working at regular banking snapped at me saying I needed an appointment. No appointments till tomorrow..Yeah it's my money and now I will take my business somewhere else
