The staff is friendly and helpful.I am hearing better with my Beltone hearing aids.I am satisfied with the service at the Brownstown office.I would recommend Beltone to a friend or loved one.

I was having problems with my hearing aids after being caught out in the rain. I went to Beltone, without appointment, as I absolutely needed to get the hearing aids working ASAP.Always professional and courteous, the staff at the Beltone in Southgate not only squeezed me into their schedule, but they corrected the problem and had me on my way in 15 minutes.I could not be more pleased at the level of care that they showed and the level of service I received. Thank you, Beltone!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was out of town and having trouble with one of my hearing aids. Misty got me in that day and Tony fixed the device very quickly. Was a pleasure to deal with such happy and competent folks.

I loves Susan !!! she made me feel very comfortable and she is definitely experienced in what she does, gave me a referral close to my house and is even going to do testing on my mother. Thank u again definitely a would recommend coming here !!

Eric Rush and his staff at Beltone Southgate are wonderful and they care about your hearing loss ! my grandma wears the Achieve and couldn’t hear any of us before and now we have to whisper around her lol !!

When your loved one can’t hear you and you speak louder, get frustrated, lose patience, I was there! My mom started to lose interest in conversations and would agree to things she couldn’t even hear until a friend referred me to Eric @ Beltone… He brought my mom back to the “party”! He took his time, tested and understood my mom’s problems- she was elated and I was floored that she could hear me again! Today we got her new hearing aids, and she is ready to start hearing the music!Thank you Eric for going above and beyond!

Beltone has been terrific! They did the hearing test and did the paperwork for me to get hearing aids. Everyone was so nice and beyond helpful! They set everything up with Michigan rehab services. I Love being able to hear clearly again!

I accompanied my elderly parents to an appointment at Southgate Beltone. Everyone there was super friendly. Mr. Caruso was very patient with them and listened to them even when they went off topic. What a difference it has made for my parents now that they can hear each other! Thank you for being there for them.

First class service from the moment you enter the door. Hearing is a very personal matter that I lived with and fought getting help with for years. I was very nervous the day I attended my appointment; but, Mr. Rush and his staff especially the front desk quickly put me at ease. They hav given me a quality of life back that I battled for years. If your like me stop fighting the cause, make yourself an appointment and give yourself the best gift you can - being able to hear again!!

We took our dad to Beltone and couldn’t be happier with our visit and purchase ! Eric Rush and Haili were very knowledgeable and super friendly. They took their time going over different products and prices . After weighing our options it really was a no brainer to go with the very best , we went with the Achieve . My mother-in-law needed hearing aids and we went to Belltone. Tony helped us and was very helpful. He treated her like he’d known her forever. Really good experience, cannot recommend enough!
