“First of all, I have StarFarm insurance.. I picked Moran because it was on their preferred list and they had the best ratings Downriver. Took my vehicle there for the initial estimate, they were 90% accurate, the way ordered all the parts and after they arrived they had a few more things to order after digging into the repair. All in all it was a total of 3 weeks and my vehicle was only there for 6 days. It’s like new, they are awesome and honest!”
“There were installation issues with reprogramming my cars windshield electronics. It took 2 retries with Safelight glass and a third with OEM glass from Subaru. The gang stuck with it until everything was completed to factory specs. Three appointments was a bit taxing but I appreciated that Safelight would not submit billing to my insurance company until I was satisfied of a properly completed Installation and electronics working correctly. The technician and staff were apologetic and concerned as I was about taking 3 appointments to complete everything correctly. They kept researching and getting approvals for an OEM glass from Subaru in order to get a satisfactory job satisfied customer. Thank you Southgate, MI store.”
“Service was quick and direct. I am mainly impressed with the initial meeting between myself and the service team. Even though I own a ford flex they were happy to help! On top of that they offered rental services, and free shuttles home. When I asked how long it may take, he said he could have it done the next day. Minor things for sure but still I was so impressed with the way I was treated! So respectful and nice! I have never been treated so well by any dealership. Regardless of the price, I will always return to Southgate Lincoln in a heartbeat for all my service needs! Now to buy a new Lincoln and we will be good to go! Thank you again!”
