“Ryan at Southgate Honda was amazing! My 82 year old mother needed a new car to replace the one that was totaled in an accident. She was very attached to that car because my dad had surprised her with it 14 years ago. My dad passed last year and that car was one of the few tangible things she had to remember him. Buying a new car seemed overwhelming, as that make and model had been discontinued, and she had never car-shopped in her life. My sister and I convinced her to look at Southgate Honda. I called the dealership and luckily for us Ryan answered. I explained the touchy situation and he was completely accommodating and respectful. He listened, asked pertinent questions, and set up an appointment the following week. My mom and my sister spent time looking at a few models, and ultimately decided on a red Civic sport sedan. “I dropped my car off at Riverside Auto Care last week due to a gas leak. They informed me that that the fuel line was damaged and they would be able to repair the car on the same day they receive the part. When I went to pick up the car, I assumed I was just going to pay for the service they provided and be on my way. Instead, the gentleman brought me outside of the shop to:1. Show me the damaged fuel line that was underneath my car and explain why/how it got damaged.2. Explained to me how the fuel line was installed.3. Explained the reasoning the cost of the service they provided.It always a bummer having to cough up money for auto repairs, but I've never experienced a auto shop going out of their way to explain in detail the what/why/how. This is something I did not ask for and it was greatly appreciated since I'm not too savvy when it comes to auto repairs. Previous auto shops I've gone to will just collect your money, hand you your keys, and you're on your way. It was definitely a great experience getting my car fixed at Riverside Auto Care.”

“My truck was running loud so I had work done in April of 25 they fixed it for over 700 not even 9000 miles later I brought it back for same reason and they charged me an additional 200 back your work / parts not just muffler top value ? Spotty welds bad gaskets and bolts”

“We came by today to have a oil change on our Nissan Versa. Our service was excellent and our servicer was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions,and even provided guidance about other types of maintenance we will need later. Our price on the oil change was $70 which was expected.”
“Service was quick and direct. I am mainly impressed with the initial meeting between myself and the service team. Even though I own a ford flex they were happy to help! On top of that they offered rental services, and free shuttles home. When I asked how long it may take, he said he could have it done the next day. Minor things for sure but still I was so impressed with the way I was treated! So respectful and nice! I have never been treated so well by any dealership. Regardless of the price, I will always return to Southgate Lincoln in a heartbeat for all my service needs! Now to buy a new Lincoln and we will be good to go! Thank you again!”
