“My car broke down and it was looking grim. I called Good care auto repair and within a day of my phone call i got my car up there and inspected. The day after that i got a call that i was good to pick my car up and the staff was extremely helpful and generous with warranty and my final bill even letting me know what i should take care of next and what could be held off for a while. “On 4/18 I needed a spare tire before a spur of the moment road trip. I called around comparing prices, and Mr. Tire had the best price, by FAR, for a very good used tire! The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable, competent, and personable!!! He didn't treat me like an idiot or act like my questions were an inconvenience which is both priceless and extremely rare lately!!! I will definitely use them in the future as well as recommend them to family and friends!”
“I dropped my car off at Riverside Auto Care last week due to a gas leak. They informed me that that the fuel line was damaged and they would be able to repair the car on the same day they receive the part. When I went to pick up the car, I assumed I was just going to pay for the service they provided and be on my way. Instead, the gentleman brought me outside of the shop to:1. Show me the damaged fuel line that was underneath my car and explain why/how it got damaged.2. Explained to me how the fuel line was installed.3. Explained the reasoning the cost of the service they provided.It always a bummer having to cough up money for auto repairs, but I've never experienced a auto shop going out of their way to explain in detail the what/why/how. This is something I did not ask for and it was greatly appreciated since I'm not too savvy when it comes to auto repairs. Previous auto shops I've gone to will just collect your money, hand you your keys, and you're on your way. It was definitely a great experience getting my car fixed at Riverside Auto Care.”

The driver showed up right about when the insurance company said he would, and even called when he was about 15 min out to let me know his eta. He was really careful with my van, and was a super nice guy. I would definitely use this place again (hope I don't need to though)!”
