CVS is generally a clean and well-organized store with visible signs to help customers find items easily. The staff, including the cashier and pharmacy employees, are friendly, polite, and patient. The cashier provided helpful information about coupon use, though there was some confusion about combining coupons with store deals. The pharmacy team was able to fill a prescription just in time, showing patience and professionalism even close to closing hours. However, there were moments of unprofessional behavior among staff, such as disagreements and loud arguing in front of customers, which detracted from the overall experience.

5 stars because of Erica the pharmacist. She is always professional, always explains things thoroughly , never interrogates me or makes me feel judged which has definitely happened with other pharmacists. I’m always sad when she’s not working and I have to deal with anyone else lol
