Lisa was excellent. She made the whole process quick and was very thorough. Lisa worked on my paperwork and had everything together prior to my arrival. Her personality was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I won't go anywhere else.

My car was there for two months. The day I drove it in I told them what the problem was. They said it and the codes was exactly what I told them. They put a new battery in it and I asked repeatedly to let the car warm up and run for a while then drive it and the check engine light will come on. Was told more than once that they couldn’t get the check engine light to come on and that the car was ok. I came to pick it up and I drove off the lot and within two min of driving check engine light came on. After two months of having my car and me repeatedly saying what the problem was.

Do not take your vehicle to Genthe for any service. They are the most dishonest service department I have ever had to deal with.When dropping the vehicle off, the service department was given a very detailed description of: "When accelerating the vehicle, at 40 to 44 MPH the steering wheel would wobble and a shaking movement could be felt under the pedal. However, when I removed my foot from the pedal (during the speed range) both of the issues would stop immediately - including that both issues were only happening at the 40 to 44 MPH range. I had taken it to Belle Tire before I dropped it off to ensure there were no tire issues. Belle Tire gave me a complete print out of the test they did which showed absolutely no issues with my tires."- I was called the same day by Ron to get an approval on a "Road Force Test" to rule out any tire issues and was quoted a fee of $125.00. I explained I could provide documentation of no issues with my tires, Ron replied "I cannot not move forward with any service on the vehicle without the Road Force Test due to the Chevy Corporate checklist of items. If you do not approve the test, you might as well come back and pick your car up".- After approving the test, I was initially told by Mike (the service manager) that the rear tire needed to be replaced and was given two completely different reasons why. I was denied a tire rotation request to see if that would give any further indication on the tire or source of vibrations. Mike stated "I am 100% sure of what Ron is telling me and that replacing the tire will solve the issue."- Replaced the tire through Genthe only to be told that my vehicle still failed the driven road test (even though Mike said he was 100% sure the tire replacement would fix the issue) and there was still wobbling and shaking in the vehicle followed by Ron stating "it might still be another tire" - but the other 3 tires passed the initial Road Force Test.- The pico scope test verified my axles needed to be replaced. I asked Ron which axles which he replied "both rear axles". I questioned the tire replacement again as now the vibration was being caused by the rear axles NOT the tire. Ron had no answer and only replied "a damaged rear axle may cause the wobbling and shaking in the front".- I received a call from Enterprise yesterday at 1:23pm asking when I would be bringing the rental back to them - Genthe had called them an hour earlier but NEVER called me to confirm my vehicle was done. Arrived at Genthe at 4:40pm, walked into the service department, and was completely ignored by a gentleman (who I later found out it was Mike the service manager). After standing at a desk for 3 minutes, another employee finally asked "what do you need" - it took the employee 9 minutes to even find my file which was shoved in Ron's desk who was not even at work yesterday.-I was told I owed $429.53 and was was not given documents on my original tire showing failure. The paperwork stated the FRONT axles were replaced.-I asked to speak Mike and he said ""sometimes Ron says one thing but actually means another. But the front axle and back axle are the same thing so". My fiancé attempted to speak with Mike but was told TWICE " I am done talking to you about this, I have nothing further to say" and told us to file a claim with Chevy corporate.- Got home and realized my front bumper was not reattached correctly but the bumper should have never been removed at any point while Genthe had my vehicle to which now I am being told it was never removed.

My truck was in the shop for nearly 2 weeks. No one was able to look at for days. My rental fees were almost as much as my repair costs. I trust the work that is done to my truck... But the wait keeps me from coming in for preventative service. *(Last time took just as long)

we had purchased a replacement key for our 2020 Trax and had to have "tooled" for our car...we went to the dealer the other day we were greeted by Jeremy Joseph...who took care of everything....a few hours later key was ready so got a call to pick up. He was very friendly and gave us great customer service.

I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Trax Premier AWD with 24,875 miles on 8/29/2023. I test drove it a couple times, and it was pulling right. They brought it to the service center and the mechanic said he fixed it. He did not. They then brought it across the street to Belle Tire who did an alignment. This did not fix the issue. However, I love the car, so I decided to sign and get the extended warranty (which I am covered for the duration of the loan) for peace of mind.Doug Raines was my salesman. I thought he was pretty genuine. He did not know much about the mechanical side of automobiles, however, he is a salesman, not a mechanic. In return this is perfectly acceptable. I will definitely return to Doug or refer to him as he made the experience pleasurable, even with the hiccups. The pre-owned sales manager agreed to cut a check and pay the last payment of my lease that is about to mature.I am giving 3 stars because obviously the service center has no idea what they are doing. I am not a mechanic and I feel more inclined to do the work than them (I do work on cars; not professionally). Look at other reviews and you will notice a lot of them are negatively adjudicated towards the service center. I will bring my vehicle elsewhere for service. Though I will come back and purchase through Doug. Actually, I feel I can mention everyone was very pleasant that I had engaged with if even only briefly. Good job on customer service, poor job on vehicle service.

I would like to Thank my service advisor Jeremy Joseph for doing such an excellent job in assistanting me with getting the service for my car repairs, Jeremy thank you for your honesty, you didn't tell me what I wanted to hear about when my car would be ready, you told me what was facts 3 to 5 days or possibly even longer. My only problem was having to wait for an diagnosis before I could be offered a paid rental, that sucks.but I know you was just doing your job and I appreciate everything you did. Thank you.

Scott Tran did an amazing job with helping me with the purchase of my Equinox. He was recommended to me after I had had a very bad experience at another dealership. Not only was he professional… but he was also efficient, kept great communication and exceeded my expectations all in a very short amount of time and stress free! He was honest with me and helped me step by step, never making me feel like I was annoying with all my repetitive questions/concerns. Thank you Scott! John from the financial department also made it an easy/smooth process.

Excellent customer service. Those guys caught an early leak in my vehicle and told me right away before putting in any new oil. Thanks to their knowledge and honesty my car is now repaired and working great. Highly recommend!!

Jake was really nice and didn’t make me feel overwhelmed. This was my first big girl purchase and he did a great job. I would recommended this place. Taking one star away because there was an older gentleman next to him that originally greeted me that was not so kind.

Drove 45 minutes to look at a used truck. Sent a email request and spoke to someone 30 minutes later and they confirmed the vehicle was on their lot. When I got there 2 hours later, the actual salesperson who was nice enough to walk me around the lot to find it said it likely was never there. Waste of an evening.
